Strata management and maintenance
Our Strata Management is Civium.
Civium is responsible for any maintenance matters relating to the common areas of the building and their surrounds, such as lifts, lobby doors, the basement carpark, garden areas, along with swipe cards, remotes and unit door keys. Civium is also the first point of contact to address queries to the Executive Committee.
Please remember that any problems relating to internal areas of the individual units and townhouses are not the responsibility of the Strata Manager unless a problem occurs (such as a water leak) that would affect other units.
In an emergency, Civium has a list of maintenance people who may be available to assist you.

Civium is located at level 1, 3 Lonsdale Street, Braddon. The building is directly behind the 7 eleven petrol station on Cooyong Street.
Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5PM
After Hours contacts
All clients can use the Civium After Hours emergency system.
This can be reached via 1300 724 256 and is available between 5:00 pm and 8:30 am on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are supported 24 hours a day.
